Gift Vouchers

Provide that special somebody with the opportunity to truly relax and take some time for themselves and give the unique, thoughtful, enjoyable and memorable gift of a treatment voucher. My gift vouchers make the perfect present for a Birthday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Anniversary, Valentine’s Day, Leaving gift, Retirement, New Mum or Mum to be or just to say ‘thank you’! My gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and can be used to buy any treatment or for up to a value of your choice. The voucher can be bought as a paper voucher which is supplied with a gold envelope and can either be sent by post to you or sent directly to the recipient. Alternatively, you can make arrangements to collect the voucher from my home address. There is also the option to send an e-voucher. Additional Cost for Paper Vouchers • Paper Voucher posted by first class mail to you or the recipient - £2 • Paper Voucher collected from my home address - £1 • E-Voucher – Free Payment If you’re ordering a voucher by post or email then payment needs to be made for the treatment and voucher before it’s sent. You can make payment for this by bank transfer. If you’re collecting the voucher from my home address then you can pay by cash or card. Terms and Conditions • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can’t be extended or changed. • Vouchers can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers. • Vouchers can’t be used in conjunction with other special offers or discounts. • Vouchers are not transferable without the consent of Sarah Forsdyke Complementary Therapies • The voucher will be deemed as having been used in full if the appointment made with it is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please Note: Before purchasing a voucher, please check that my treatments are suitable for the recipient. There are some health conditions and circumstances such as cancer, diabetes, recent surgery, pregnancy complications, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure or infections which may prevent or restrict the treatment taking place. If you are in any doubt, please call or email me to discuss which treatments are suitable. If upon the initial consultation, the treatment is deemed unsuitable for the recipient then I reserve the right to refuse treatment and will refund the cost of the treatment to the purchaser less administration costs of either £2 or £1 as detailed above.
