My name is Sarah Forsdyke MAR, MCThA, MBSR I am a very experienced, fully qualified and insured Complementary Therapist, based in Loughton, Essex. I offer reflexology and other holistic therapies to people in the surrounding areas of Epping, Chigwell, Abridge, Theydon Bois, Buckhurst Hill, Woodford, Woodford Green, Waltham Abbey, Barkingside, Hainault, High Beech and Chingford. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary Therapists Association and have been practising since 2002. I have a calm, professional and reassuring approach and I adhere to the strict ethics and code of conduct provided by my governing bodies. The whole time spent with me is important and your rejuvenating experience begins in my tranquil and relaxing therapy room, where you will immediately begin to unwind and escape from the stresses and anxieties of modern day living. Soothing music, candles and dimmed lighting will aid your relaxation and two large skylights will give you a lovely view of the sky when reclining on my reflexology chair or couch. My premises have also been inspected and licensed by Essex County Council Trading Standards. Working from home I can give you the time that you deserve and you won’t feel rushed as you’ll have plenty of time at the beginning and end of your treatment to discuss any issues relating to your treatment or health. My therapy room is easily accessible via a side gate into the garden and large patio doors which open directly into it. The room is well ventilated and during the warmer summer months I can leave the doors and skylights open. There is readily available parking outside and near my property, with no parking restrictions and I’m within easy reach of the M11 and M25. I am located in a main road, easy to find and the 167 bus stops just outside. Loughton Station on the TFL Central Line is a 10 minute walk away.
